Legal and manufacturer warranty
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code") all new products (excluding those on the occasion, for which the seller's warranty is provided) for sale on the site immediatelyccasioni.it are covered by the Legal Guarantee of 24 months.
On the basis of the 24-month legal guarantee, prontoccasioni.it is liable towards the consumer (the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out) for any lack of conformity not found at the time of purchase.
The lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use to which it must routinely serve, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller, does not offer the usual qualities and performances of a good of the same type, does not it is suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller (art. 129 of the Consumer Code).
The lack of conformity that occurs within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect.
Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the defects of conformity that occur within 6 months of delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement (art.130 of the Consumer Code).
The consumer can ask the seller, at his choice, to repair or replace the goods, without charge in both cases, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. Repairs or replacements must be made within a reasonable time from the request of the Consumer; the average time for returning the product to the Consumer is 24 days.
If within the maximum period of 60 days immediatelyccasioni.it is unable to return the repaired product, the consumer can request one of the alternative remedies (replacement, termination of the contract, price reduction).
Subitoccasioni.it will send the product for any repairs to the Technical Assistance Center authorized by the Manufacturer.
Delivery times of the Legal Guarantee for online purchases
The customer can report the defect of the product purchased:
By sending a written communication via the "Contact Us" section or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the defect of the product
Wait for the Return Authorization Number (NAR) identifying the file, which will be communicated immediately by Accesioni.it, and prepare the product for shipment by carefully packing and enclosing each accessory, the instruction manual and everything originally contained in the packaging of the product and indicating the Return Authorization Number (NAR) on the packaging.
The carrier will contact the customer to agree on the withdrawal of the product (the unavailability of the customer by telephone will delay the withdrawal of the product).
Subitoccasioni.it will send the product for any repairs to the Technical Assistance Center authorized by the manufacturer itself (CAT).
What happens if the C.A.T. you do not find the lack of conformity?
If the lack of conformity is not found, immediatelyccasioni.it will communicate the estimate of the CAT to the Customer, who can decide whether or not to carry out the repair at his own expense. In this case, any transport costs and diagnosis of the defect requested by the C.A.T.
Additional conventional manufacturer's warranty
The Manufacturer's Warranty is added to, but does not replace, the 24-month Legal Warranty, however due by right to the consumer, under the conditions established by law.
Duration, territorial extension and methods for enforcing this guarantee are reported in the appropriate form, prepared by the manufacturer.
